Greenwich Mean Time

Greenwich Mean Time is made by 1884, and because the people confused their own time in their own countries, and they may don’t know what time is it. But when I am studying history in 5th grade, I knew that Greenwich Mean Time is zero meridians because about two thirds of the boats that were sailing were sailing across Greenwich.
Now we know what our time is, that is because we have a Greenwich Mean Time (also called GMT). And I know that our time in Taiwan is GMT+8 hours.
